Every morning, Axia tells you who to talk to, what to say, and why today.
You don't pay for seats. You don't pay for software you have to run yourself. You pay for actions that move your pipeline, and only when you've approved them.
How billing works
Axia bills completed actions. Not subscriptions-for-features, not per-user seats.
An action only bills when three things are true:
- Axia proposed it and showed you exactly what it would do
- You confirmed it. Nothing ever runs without your explicit approval
- It executed successfully
If Axia gets something wrong and you correct it before confirming, you pay once for the corrected action, never for the misunderstanding. Your approval is the billing event. No approval, no charge.
What would it take to hit your number?
Tell us what you're aiming at. The page works backwards to what that requires and what it costs.
New business you want Axia's pipeline to produce.
First-year revenue from one new client.
Your conversion assumptions
These are yours to set. We've defaulted to figures that are reasonable for considered B2B, but they're assumptions, not measurements. If you know your own numbers, use them. The output is only as honest as what goes in.
3% is a conservative assumption from warm-route prospecting. Cold outbound benchmarks run lower.

Your figures come with you, so we start the conversation already understanding what you're aiming at.
Where the volumes come from
We assume a new prospect takes about two exchanges before it converts or closes out, and that a small trickle of openings comes from your existing book alongside the sourced ones. Your actual pattern will differ. This is a shape, not a forecast.
What the plan includes
Every plan carries an action allowance you spend on whatever mix your pipeline needs. Going over doesn't lock anything, it just bills at list price. Unused allowance doesn't bill. Users are free on every plan — you'll never pay for a seat.
The lifecycle
Most tools price a send. Axia prices a relationship.
A relationship costs £1.50 to open, once, ever — or £2.50 if Axia sources the contact for you. After that it's £0.25 a conversation for as long as it takes — three messages or three years. When it produces a meeting, that's £30.
Axia doesn't forget people, doesn't get bored, and never restarts a relationship it already has.
A contact you already have. Axia researches them, logs them, and makes the first approach. Once per contact, ever.
Axia sources the contact, researches them, and makes the first approach. Once per contact, ever.
One message in an existing relationship. Axia reads the thread, checks your records, and writes the reply in your voice. You approve it. The send is included.
Axia agrees a time in the thread, writes it to your calendar, and sends the confirmation. Bills on a confirmed calendar event the contact accepted — never on a "booked" meeting that never happens.
Also available
A considered comment written for where your prospects are looking.
Someone engaged with you. Axia checks whether they are worth your time and hands you the ones who are. You only pay for the matches.
A sourced brief on a market, a competitor, or a sector opportunity — commissioned on demand.
Research on people already in your pipeline is never metered. The research brief is for the world outside it.
Content production — social posts, articles, site updates, reporting — runs today as part of a managed engagement rather than as a metered action. When it moves onto the meter it will appear here with a price.
What you're actually paying for
Every price below is a stack. The commodity steps cost nothing. The thinking is what you're buying.
Conversation turn — £0.25
| Step | What it is | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Read and classify the message | Works out what it's about, which contact and company it relates to, and what needs to happen | £0.04 |
| Pull the context | Your contact record, last interactions, pipeline stage, and your voice rules. This is what no send tool does. | £0.11 |
| Draft the reply | Written in your voice, bounded by your sales SOP | £0.10 |
| Send | Delivered through your own mailbox | £0.00 |
| Total | £0.25 |
What it replaces: a trained SDR who knows your accounts costs £5–50 per reply. A VA researching context before replying, £3–15 per email.
This isn't email software. It's the work of reading your inbox, understanding what matters, knowing your contacts, and writing a reply that sounds like you — on any surface Axia is connected to, not just email. Email infrastructure stays yours; Axia sends through it.
New relationship opened, your contact — £1.50
| Step | What it is | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Research them | Person, company, industry position, latest public presence, fit with your ICP | £0.25 |
| Log to CRM | Contact created, fields populated, pipeline entered | £0.00 |
| Draft the first approach | SOP-grounded, personalised, with a question designed to earn a reply. Not a template, not a cadence. | £1.25 |
| Send | Through your own mailbox | £0.00 |
| Total | £1.50 |
What it replaces: contact enrichment alone (ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clearbit) runs £0.25–0.80 per contact, and that's data with no analysis and no message. A copywriter writing one genuinely personalised cold email, £15–50.
Bills once, ever, for this contact. Come back to them in three years and it's still a conversation, not a new relationship.
New relationship opened, Axia finds them — £2.50
| Step | What it is | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Source the contact | Identify someone who fits your ICP | £1.00 |
| Research them | Person, company, industry position, latest public presence | £0.25 |
| Log to CRM | Contact created, fields populated, pipeline entered | £0.00 |
| Draft the first approach | SOP-grounded, personalised, with a question designed to earn a reply | £1.25 |
| Send | Through your own mailbox | £0.00 |
| Total | £2.50 |
What it replaces: the same work as above, plus the finding — building a list of people who match who you actually sell to, one profile at a time, before any of them has heard of you.
The difference between the two is the sourcing step. Everything after it is identical.
Meeting booked and confirmed — £30
| Step | What it is | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Detect meeting intent in the thread | Reads the conversation, spots that a meeting is being proposed | £0.00 |
| Negotiate the time | Reads your calendar, proposes three available slots — with buffer time between meetings and travel time calculated for in-person meetings. Sends one follow-up to confirm their availability. | £1.00 |
| Create the calendar event | Written to your calendar with contact details and agenda stub | £0.00 |
| Send the confirmation | Calendar invite and confirmation email | £0.00 |
| Log to CRM | Last contact updated, meeting recorded, pipeline advanced if warranted | £0.00 |
| The appointment-setting work | Reading a warm thread, finding the right moment, and closing it into a booked slot — without the contact ever leaving the conversation | £29.00 |
| Total | £30 |
What it replaces: the back-and-forth to pin a time. Three emails, two calendar checks, and one reschedule when the first slot doesn't work — twenty minutes of someone's attention, every time, on a conversation that was already going well.
Calendly is free, but it makes the other person click a link and do the work themselves.
Engagement comment — £1.50
| Step | What it is | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Find the right moment | Identifies posts and threads where your prospects are active and a comment adds real value | £0.00 |
| Draft the comment | Contextual, considered, written from your voice and what you know about the conversation. Not a generic reaction. | £1.49 |
| Post | You place the comment — platform terms require a human hand at this stage | £0.01 |
| Total | £1.50 |
What it replaces: a social media manager writing one genuine engagement comment, £5–25. Social listening tools cost £30–200/month and tell you where to show up, but write nothing.
Prospect identified — £1.25
| Step | What it is | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Read the engagement | Who replied, who reacted, what they actually said | £0.00 |
| Screen each profile against your ICP | Role, seniority, company size, industry, buying signals — checked one by one. You only pay for the matches. The ones ruled out are free. | £0.40 |
| Qualification write-up | Who they are, why they fit, what they engaged with, and how to approach them | £0.85 |
| Log as a pipeline candidate | Added to your pipeline, ready for a first touch when you want it | £0.00 |
| Total | £1.25 |
What it replaces: opening ten profiles one at a time, checking each against who you actually sell to, and writing up the two worth approaching. Half an hour of someone's morning to come away with two names.
Why this exists: in B2B, engaging with your post doesn't mean they're worth your time. A commenter could be a job seeker, a competitor, a peer with no budget, or someone three levels below the decision. Axia checks before it spends your first approach — and your first impression, which you only get once.
Consumer and low-ticket businesses can switch this off. If genuine engagement is qualification enough in your market, Axia goes straight to the opener.
Market research brief — £6
| Step | What it is | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Deep research across live sources | Search, news, video and multiple live sources at once, synthesised over 5–20 minutes | £2.50 |
| Synthesise and structure | Turns raw findings into a structured, sourced brief you can act on — not a dump of links | £3.49 |
| Deliver | Posted on completion, sources cited | £0.01 |
| Total | £6 |
What it replaces: a junior analyst or VA research brief runs £30–150. Freelance research, £20–80. DIY costs you 30–60 minutes.
From a post someone else wrote to a personalised first touch with a qualified prospect:
£1.50 comment placed → £1.25 prospect identified → £1.50 relationship opened
= £4.25
Done by hand that is most of a morning: reading the thread, working out who is worth it, researching the two who are, and writing openers that do not sound like a template.
Always included, never metered
Talking to Axia. Asking questions. Follow-up tracking, who needs a nudge and when. Research on your existing contacts. Database hygiene. Pipeline maintenance.
Your pipeline is maintained continuously. That isn't an add-on, it's the floor.

What your allowance covers
Included action value is flexible. Spend it on any mix of actions at the prices above. Allowances reset monthly and apply to available actions. Unused allowance doesn't bill.
Your mix will be different. That's the point. You're not buying a feature list, you're buying outcomes in whatever proportion your pipeline needs this month.

Axia exists to eliminate the admin seat, so we will never charge you for one. Bring your whole team in, users are free. One subscription covers one business and its pipeline.
Less than one support seat
An offshore customer support agent costs roughly £320–1,750 a month and handles messages. 🟡 Converted from a USD source band at approximately 0.79 GBP/USD; treat as directional. Every Axia plan costs less than one seat — and also keeps the CRM, researches every contact, finds new ones, drafts the outreach, and books the meetings. The messaging costs are in there too.
Starter costs less than a third of the cheapest support seat on the market.
We bill on meetings that happen
Most appointment-setting is priced per "booked" meeting, and "qualified" is defined by the vendor. No-shows still bill. Axia bills on a confirmed calendar event your contact accepted. If it doesn't land, it doesn't bill.
The pilot: a free month of Starter, set up with you
The pilot is Starter, free. Same system, same actions, same pipeline maintenance on up to 500 contacts — £105 of action value included, at no cost.
We configure it around your business by hand: your inbox, your contacts, your voice, your pipeline rules. That's us working alongside you, and it's part of the pilot, not an extra.
How long it runs is something we agree between us when we start. A month is the usual shape. If your pipeline needs longer to show what Axia is worth, we'll say so rather than watch a clock.
Billing starts when the system is doing work you'd pay for. Not before. No card, nothing to cancel.
These packages cover Axia as it ships. If your operation needs something built rather than configured — a custom agent, an integration that doesn't exist yet, a workflow specific to how you run — that's Scaffold.
Questions
Anything Axia does that produces an external result: a relationship opened, a message sent, a meeting booked, a brief delivered. Internal work — research on your existing contacts, follow-up tracking, keeping records current — is never metered.
No. Opening a relationship bills once per contact, ever. After that it’s conversation, however long the gap.
Then you want Scaffold, not a package. Scaffold is where we build the thing that doesn’t exist yet — a custom agent, an integration, a workflow specific to how you run.
Because a message is work in progress and a meeting is the outcome. We'd rather charge you for what your pipeline produced than for how much traffic it took to get there.
Axia works with what you already run. If you use ClickUp, it plugs straight in. If you don’t have one, we’ll set one up for you as part of onboarding.
